William C. Robinson

William C. Robinson practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful deaths, civil litigation, domestic litigation (including paternity, divorce, modifications and custody issues), and traffic/license issues. William grew up in Warren County, Missouri.

William has practiced law in Franklin County and the surrounding counties since 2008. Before that, he worked for a large law firm in St. Louis where he primarily practiced insurance defense litigation in the areas of motor vehicle collision litigation, medical malpractice, and wrongful deaths.

Education:

Matthew C. Becker

Matthew C. Becker practices in the areas of civil litigation, domestic litigation (including paternity, divorce, modifications, child custody, and child support), personal injury, wrongful deaths, social security disability, landlord-tenant relations, criminal law, and traffic law. Matthew grew up in Franklin County, Missouri.

Matthew has practiced law in Franklin County and the surrounding counties since 2007. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Circuit Attorney for the Circuit Attorney’s Office in St. Louis, Missouri. During his time at the Circuit Attorney’s Office he spent most of this time on the Felony Trial Staff.

Mark E. Brinkmann

Mark E. Brinkmann practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful deaths, civil litigation, domestic litigation, landlord-tenant relations, and traffic. Mark grew up in Franklin County, Missouri and is the youngest son of Ed and Dorie Brinkmann.

Mark recently moved back to his hometown of Washington, Missouri from Springfield, Missouri.  While in Springfield, Mark practiced in the areas of personal injury and automotive product liability.

Mistie D. McMahan

Mistie McMahan has been employed as a Paralegal since 2004. Mistie has assisted attorneys and provided great service to our clients in several facets of the law, including civil litigation, domestic litigation, personal injury, wrongful deaths, social security disability, and criminal law. Mistie is our lead paralegal on social security disability cases.

  • Kaplan University, Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies

Samantha G. Hart

Samantha is a lifelong Franklin County Resident.  After graduating from Washington High School in 2009, Samantha earned a degree in Paralegal studies. Samantha endeavors to provide great service to our clients in all areas of our practice.
